PAYMENT METHOD
We accept payment by credit card (single payment), WeChat Pay, and AliPay. Please note that available payment methods are subject to change without prior notice. Payment methods cannot be changed after an order has been completed. We accept VISA, MASTER, American Express, JCB, Diners, and Discover credit cards. Please check your credit limit, number of payments, and credit card number carefully before using your credit card. The debit date and the number of contracted payments vary depending on the type of credit card and the details of your contract.
For shipments to countries or regions other than Japan, customs duties and taxes may apply upon arrival of the merchandise. These charges are not included in the settlement amount on this site. We ask that customers pay separately when billed by the logistics company.

RETURN & EXCHANGE
IF THE ITEM IS DEFECTIVE
We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
If you purchased the item at a store, please contact the store where you purchased the item and bring the item to us within 30 days, including the date of purchase.
If you purchased the product at an online store, please contact the inquiry desk and return the product within 30 days, including the day you received the product.
After confirming the time of purchase and the condition of the item, we will take action.
If there is no defect attributable to our company, or if the product is defective but cannot be judged as "unused" according to our company's standards, we may refuse to deal with the problem. Please understand this in advance.
